What kind of sleep issues do you work with?

We work with clients with insomnia, frequent waking, general exhaustion, fatigue, snoring, apnea, nightmares and restless leg syndrome. We do not currently treat narcolepsy.

Are your services covered by insurance?

No, we are not covered by insurance.

​

I have already tried CBT-i, and it didn't work. Can you still work with me?

Yes, our program goes much more in depth than CBT-i, including ACT, ERP, NATTO and more.

I have had trouble sleeping with a CPAP machine do you have a different way to treat apnea? 

We take the full biomechanics of a person into account and have developed a multi system approach to assist breathing issues for many clients. Functional medicine supplements and weight loss, along with tongue exercises, and posture strengthening have helped many clients.

I'm working with another therapist can I still do sleep coaching?

Yes, many of our clients are also working with other therapists while they work with us on their sleep we coordinate efforts and are sensitive to other issues that are being dealt with.

What is the cost and length of your program?

The first consultation is always free and based on our discussion we will decide which sleep package is best for your needs. Packages are generally 1-3 months long and vary in cost, depending on whether we need to recommend Functional lab testing and sleep monitoring devices. We believe everyone deserves access to the support they need. Payment plans are available.
